New DENR Rule Expands Multipartite Monitoring Team (MMT) Requirements

DENR Administrative Order No. 2026-22 expands Multipartite Monitoring Team (MMT) requirements to all Environmentally Critical Projects (ECPs) and selected priority projects. Covered proponents may need to organize an MMT, execute an EMB-prescribed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and establish the required compliance funds.

If you are unsure whether your project is covered, early assessment can help prevent compliance delays.
