Envi-Comm Corporation, with principal office at Aboitiz Corporate Center, Gov. M. Cuenco Ave, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines 6000, is the personal information controller for the personal data described in this policy, within the meaning of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

This policy governs personal data collected through this website and in the course of handling inquiries submitted through it. Personal data processed within a client engagement, including permit documents and monitoring records, is governed by the terms of that engagement rather than by this policy.

Information you provide

When you submit the consultation form, we collect the information you enter. This includes:

  • Your name.
  • Your contact details.
  • The description of your operation.

Information provided by email or telephone is collected on the same basis. Newsletter subscription is completed on Beehiiv, the platform on which the newsletter is published and distributed. Subscription is governed by Beehiiv's privacy policy, and every issue includes an unsubscribe link.

Information collected automatically

Subject to your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. The following is recorded:

  • The pages visited.
  • The device and browser used.
  • The approximate region from which a visit originates.
  • The referring site.
  • Interface interactions, including button clicks and scroll depth.

This data constitutes aggregate traffic measurement, is not used to profile individuals, and is not used for advertising. No analytics data is collected before consent is given. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded until consent is recorded, and declining or dismissing the consent banner results in no request to Google.

Once consent is given, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to recognise repeat visits, and Google retains the aggregate data in accordance with the Google Analytics terms of service. How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries and assess whether our services suit the situation described.
  • To prepare proposals and engagement documents where an inquiry proceeds toward an engagement.

Inquiry data is processed as necessary to act on the request made by the data subject. Analytics measurement and the newsletter are processed on the basis of consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Disclosure to service providers

We engage a limited number of service providers to operate this website and manage inquiries. Each provider processes personal data on our behalf and for the purposes stated below. We do not sell personal data, and we do not disclose it to third parties for marketing.

Certain providers store data on servers located outside the Philippines. Such transfers remain subject to the providers' contractual obligations and to the safeguards required under RA 10173.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained for the duration of the correspondence and thereafter only for as long as reasonably necessary to resume the correspondence or to comply with a legal obligation.

Aggregate analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with the Google Analytics terms of service.

Your rights

Under RA 10173, data subjects may request:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about them.
  • Correction of that data.
  • Objection to its processing.
  • Deletion or blocking of that data.
  • A copy in a portable format.
