Founded from inside the system
Envi-Comm was founded by Engr. Karlo Miguel Cuizon, our CEO. Before starting the company, he worked at the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Region VII, where he handled pollution investigations, air and water quality monitoring, permitting for air emissions and wastewater, and Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) compliance review.
That work taught him that compliance is a set of relationships between agencies, between regulators and the regulated, and between policy and its real-world consequences. The gap he kept seeing sat between what compliance required and what businesses actually understood. Envi-Comm exists to close it.
