RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSULTANT
  • Prepare the Indicative Management Plan
    • Generate the Project Area Description
    • Generate the Project Schedule of Development
    • Generate the General and Specific Objectives
    • Generate the Description of Technical Aspects of the Project specifically; Project Activity, Description of the Project Development, Site Development.
    • Generate the Description of Management Aspects of the Project specifically; Management Strategies and Policies.
    • Generate the Description of Financial Aspects of the Project specifically; Project Cost, Sources of Funds, and Financial Projections.
  • Drafting of Site Development Plan
  • Geotagging of Photos and Drone Flying
  • Map Overlays
  • Survey Plan with Technical Description and duly signed by a Geodetic Engineer
  • Provision of CENRO Certification on Land Classification
  • Assistance in LGU Endorsements
  • Presentation of the project to the Protected Area Management Board (PAMB)
  • Processing of ECC application

  • Letter of Intent with Request for Area Inspection
  • Inspection Report with attachments: (c/o PAMO)
    • Geo tagged photos
    • Map with recommendation
  • Proof of Identity
    • If Individual, any of the following:
      • Birth Certificate
      • Passport
      • Driver’s License
      • Marriage Contract
      • Other Valid IDs
    • If Corporation/People’s Organization:
      • SEC Registration/CDA Registration (whichever is applicable)
      • Articles of Incorporation
      • DResolution of the governing body designating the authorized representative
    • If Local Government Unit (LGU):
      • SB Resolution authorizing the Local Chief Executive to enter SAPA
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last 5 years
  • Sketch Plan Certified by CENRO
  • Site Development Plan signed by the proponent
  • Barangay Endorsement in a form of Resolution
  • Municipal Endorsement in a form of Resolution
  • Indicative Development Plan or Comprehensive Development Management Plan (CDMP), if a SAPA Applicant
  • Proof of Financial Capability and Ownership
    • If Individual:
      • Bank Statements/ Other Paid-up Capital
      • Land Titles of Real Properties
    • If Corporation/People’s Organization:
      • Bank Statements/Audited Financial Statement/Other Paid-up Capital
      • Land Titles of Real Properties
    • If Local Government Unit (LGU):
      • Certification from the LGU’s treasurer to prove that there is allocation on the project
    • If applicable to the PA:
      • Site Management Unit (SMU) Resolution conducted by PAMB for endorsement to the PAMB Executive Committee (ExeCom)
      • ExeCom Resolution (pre-ECC)
      • PAMB Clearance
      • Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC)
      • Comprehensive Development Management Plan (CDMP)
      • ExeCom Resolution (post-ECC)
