  • Prepare the Indicative Management Plan
  • Generate the Project Area Description
  • Generate the Project Schedule of Development
  • Generate the General and Specific Objectives
  • Generate the Description of Technical Aspects of the Project specifically: Project Activity, Description of the Project Development, Site Development
  • Generate the Description of Management Aspects of the Project specifically: Management Strategies and Policies
  • Generate the Description of Financial Aspects of the Project specifically: Project Cost, Sources of Funds, and Financial Projections
  • Drafting of Site Development Plan
  • Geotagging of Photos and Drone Flying
  • Map Overlays
  • Survey Plan with Technical Description and duly signed by a Geodetic Engineer
  • Provision of CENRO Certification on Land Classification
  • Request for Certificate of Non-Overlap (CNO) from NCIP
  • Letter of Intent
  • Notary of Duly Accomplished Application Form
  • Processing of CENRO Endorsement for securing CNO

REQUIREMENT FROM PROPONENT
  • Filling out the Application Form
  • Payment of Application Fee
  • Payment of Work Financial Plan provided by the NCIP in securing the CNO
  • Provision of Proof of Identity of the Agreement Holder
  • National Government Agency (NGA):
    • Agency Resolution or Authorization designating the authorized representative of the national government agency/ies and other relevant agencies to officially apply with the DENR regarding gratuitous permit acquisition
    • LGU Endorsement
  • Local Government Unit (LGU):
    • Agency Resolution or Authorization designating the authorized representative of the national government agency/ies and other relevant agencies to officially apply with the DENR regarding gratuitous permit acquisition
    • Resolution authorizing the local chief executive to apply for GSUP
  • Proof that the proposed project is indicated in the Forest Land Use Plan (FLUP) and within the ambit of the approved Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP)
  • Provision of Budget Allocation
  • Provision of Site Development Plan
  • Provision of Project Details
  • Barangay Certificate stating that there are no existing indigenous people in the area
