Job Description

Envi-comm Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our environmental services and solutions. This role is key in helping us expand our impact and grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with the company’s environmental services and offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure proper project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems.
• Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and industry-related networking activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in environmental services, engineering, construction, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, waste management, or sustainability practices is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
