Job Description
- Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Oversee employee records, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with departments to address employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support training and development programs.
- Prepare reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, and other HR data.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in generalist HR functions.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
