Job Description

  • Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Oversee employee records, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate with departments to address employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support training and development programs.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, and other HR data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in generalist HR functions.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
