A DENR Permit to Operate is required for businesses using equipment that emits air pollutants, ensuring compliance with the Clean Air Act.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSULTANT
  •  Creation of Company Registration System
  • (CRS) and Online Permitting and Monitoring System (OPMS) account if unavailable (See separate file for requirements)
  • Site visitation to assess the project
  • Prepare and Generate the Engineer’s Report
  • Generate duly accomplished and notarized Application Form.
  • Geotagging the Air Pollution Source Installation (APSI)
  • Consolidation of documents and information needed from the client
  • Consultation with regards their Air Pollution Source Installation (APSI)

REQUIREMENTS - nEW

REQUIREMENT FROM PROPONENT
  • Copy of the Government ID of the Proponent
  • SEC or DTI certificates
  • CRS account and OPMS (If unavailable, see separate file for the requirements)
  • Copy of Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), Permit to Operate, and Hazardous Waste Generator ID, Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Accreditation Certificate, whichever is applicable.
  • Copy of the Site Development Map
  • Plant Machine Layout and Technical Drawings for Fuel Burning APSE
  • List of APSI with corresponding capacity or rated power and APCD
  • Company Operation Details
  • Company Profile
  • Copy of monthly electric bill for the last twelve (12) months.
  • Assistance During Site Inspections or during conduct of sampling (if applicable) Payment of PO Application Fee
  • Other that may be required by EMB Case Handler.

  • Copy of Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), Discharge Permit (DP), and Hazardous Waste Generator ID, Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Accreditation Certificate, whichever is applicable.
  • Copy of previous Permit to Operate (PO) Certificate
  • Geotagged photos of Air Pollution Control Facility (APCF)
  • Proof of compliance to PO Conditions
  • Proof of Self-Monitoring Report (SMR) Submission
  • Copy of monthly electric bill for the last twelve (12) months
  • Copy of the Laboratory Result for the Air Testing (if applicable)
  • Assistance During Site Inspections or during conduct of sampling (if applicable)
  • Payment of PO Application Fee
  • Other that may be required by EMB Case Handler.
